3. Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Sessions must be booked in advance.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to avoid a fee.

No-shows may be charged partially or fully.

Refunds are processed only under specific circumstances subject to management approval.

5. Confidentiality & Conduct:

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior.

Any form of abuse, misconduct, or dishonesty will lead to immediate suspension of services.

However, Soul Bloom is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric emergency care.

In case of an emergency, please contact a hospital or licensed healthcare provider immediately.
